KWPP is a multi-billion-dollar residential, luxury and commercial real estate sales brokerage and has over 600 associates in Upper Marlboro, Maryland (Prince George’s County). KWPP is the undisputed #1 real estate brokerage (market share, transaction, and sales volume) in Prince George’s County Maryland and one of the largest single office brokerages on the east coast. Its operational footprint runs throughout the Baltimore and Washington DC Metropolitan Areas, operating primarily in Prince George’s County Maryland.
Emerick has over 30 years of real estate sales experience with over one thousand eight hundred (1,800) successfully negotiated settlements from all aspects of real estate. He has headed a perennial twenty million dollar plus sales and marketing team for the past 10 years. His career highlights include Keller Wiliams Realty International Operating Partner Fame of Fame, Prince George’s County Association of Realtors Hall of Fame, and received many sales, leadership, and community service awards. He is the immediate Past President, and Member Emeritus of 100 Black Men of Prince George’s County Inc., and Member of Board of Trustees for Maple Springs Baptist Bible College and Seminary. Emerick has been quoted in national publications on multiple occasions, has been a guest speaker on several Washington DC and Baltimore radio and television programs, hosted a panel on C-Span and is a national speaker with Freddie Mac and several other housing organizations.
Emerick is a six-time decorated 21-year retiree from the United States Air Force. He is a 35-year resident of Prince George’s County and currently lives in Upper Marlboro with his wife of 38 years Robin.
