Deames is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA Degree in Economics; and has a graduate certification in Federal Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is an entrepreneur with 30+ years of professional experience. As Chief Operations Officer for Engineering, Software and Network Services and Managing Owner of Peoples Choice Investments LLC, Deames is a proven resource management executive that leverages effective business acumen to drive process improvements through budgeting, forecasting, project management, and strategic planning initiatives.  His leadership has afforded his companies the opportunity to partner with such organizations as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services, U.S. Department of State, SAIC, NTT Data and Amazon Logistics.  

Deames is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated and a member of First Baptist Church of Glenarden, MD.  He is married to Kim Peoples and has 3 children, son Avery Gaskins (wife Kia), and daughters Jalyn Peoples and Kendyl Peoples.
